Master Matrix Committee Meetings are open to the public. The meetings are held at the DNR Air Quality Office, 7900 Hickman Road in Urbandale. Please enter and sign-in on the east end of the building. Public participation is scheduled during the first 30 minutes on the first day of each two-day meeting. To reserve a five-minute public comment period, contact Christine Spackman at (515) 281-7276 or christine.spackman@dnr.iowa.gov. Unreserved public comment time periods will be awarded to individuals the day of the meeting on a first-come, first serve basis. Agendas for the meetings will be posted below.
