The data shown here are published by the EPA as soon as practical after the end of each hour and as such are not fully validated. Therefore, data are only approved for the expressed purpose of reporting and forecasting the AQI.

Information on these maps are expressed as 1-hour and 8-hour ozone concentration (in parts per billion or ppb) The EPA standards for 1-hour and 8-hour ozone are 125 ppb and 85 ppb respectively.
