Final Exemption Justification Document Available April 11, 2005 Technical justification to support 11 proposed exemptions from the requirement to obtain an air construction permit is now available. The department will request permission to proceed with a rulemaking for the proposed exemptions at the April 18 Environmental Protection Commission meeting. |
