Final Exemption Justification Document Available January 31, 2006 Revised technical justification to support six proposed exemptions from the requirement to obtain an air construction permit is now available. A change was made to justification for exemption "m" in response to a comment received during the public comment period. The department will ask the Environmental Protection Commission (EPC) for consideration to adopt and finalized the exemptions at the February 20, 2006, EPC meeting.
