Inventories From Central Iowa Minor Sources and all Portable Plants Due May 15

Inventories from Central Iowa Minor Sources and All Portable Plants are due to the Iowa Department of Natural Resources (DNR) May 15. A complete air pollutant inventory is required by Section 567 of the Iowa Administrative Code, sub rule 21.1(3) . The data collected is used to track Iowa 's progress towards National Ambient Air Quality Standards, to perform regional modeling, to develop control and maintenance strategies, and to identify sources and general emission levels. A previous Central Iowa inventory was conducted for calendar years 2001 and 2004.

This inventory includes air pollutant emissions for the 2007 calendar year.
