Turtle Creek

Stocked by Decorah
Temperature Sensitive Stocking Turtle Creek flows into the Cedar River and is located North of the town of St. Ansgar. This stream is not stocked in June, July or August. Most of the fishing access is on private lands so please respect private property and thank the landowners for allowing access.
Fishing on Turtle Creek can be combined with the excellent fishing for smallmouth bass found in the Cedar River. Remember from the Otrano Dam south to T 26 all SMALLMOUTH must be caught and released.
