RBCA REPORT SOFTWARE DISKS

A process improvement recommendation from the Report Review Kaizen Event was to allow the groundwater professionals to send RBCA Report software disks to DNR by e-mail. Starting today software disks for Tier 1 and 2 Reports and Site Monitoring Reports may be sent to DNR by regular mail or e-mail. Be sure to include MTBE sampling results on the disk. Direct the e-mailed disks to Bonnie Garrison at bonnie.garrison@dnr.state.ia.us. To assist us in our report accounting activities, please e-mail the disk the same day the report is mailed.
