On occasion throughout the year, the IDNR Law Enforcement Bureau hires temporary employees or interns to serve in a variety of responsibilities. These positions may or may not be affiliated with a student's coursework for credit. (See your school's Internships Office for more information).

Usually, these positions are few and are located in the central (Des Moines) office of the Bureau. Often, the duties include data entry, computer work, and assistance with the Bureau's training and education programs.
