Rubber Manufacturer's Association - Scrap Tires
Supported by the North American tire manufacturing industry, the Rubber Manufacturer's
Association promotes the development of appropriate markets for scrap tires, provides technical

regional scrap tire conferences for state and federal regulators, and advocates for sound state
