OSWAP Participating Lenders

Any lender interested in the Onsite Wastewater Systems Assistance Program (OSWAP) may review the documents in the Lender Packet, which include program instructions, a Lender Participation Agreement form, and sample loan amortization tables. To become a participating lender in the program, a lender must simply complete, sign, and return the Lender Participation Agreement form, and the name of that lending institution will be added to the OSWAP participating lender list.
