Lake Macbride Watershed Project
Lake Macbride is home to over 450,000 visitors annually.

Landowners and residents are working together with the Lake Macbride Watershed Project, Iowa Department of Agriculture and Land Stewardship's Division of Soil Conservation and the Johnson County Soil and

Water Conservation District to improve their lake.

By installing conservation practices and making other changes, Lake Macbride residents are working to improve their farming operations, their land, their lake and the future.
