Hunting License Sales/Application Deadlines

Applications for nonresident licenses are accepted online or by phone, 1-800-367-1188.

Note: A public comment period on the proposed 2008-09 Iowa Hunting and Trapping Seasons will end with a public meeting on April 29. The DNR will take the comments on the proposed regulations, make any necessary changes, and offer a final proposal for the 2008-09 Hunting and Trapping Seasons for approval at the June 12, 2008 Natural Resource Commission meeting. The final season dates will be posted upon commission approval.
