| Iowa's twenty
wildlife management biologists are responsible for managing wildlife on
state-owned public lands in the state's 20 management units. In addition
to these biologists, there is a biologist assigned to the Mississippi River.
Iowa DNR biologists also provide technical assistance to landowners seeking
to manage their own lands for wildlife. Below is a map
